Seeking a small instead of a medium? Opting for grey instead of black? DONE. In the next step, you can select a new item in exchange for the Blanqi apparel you’re returning. We’ll ship your new pick on the spot (obvs), for free. Just send in the item to be returned using our shipping label when you get a free second. 

When will I receive my refund?

It typically takes about 2-5 business days to process a return after your Blanqi gear has been received by our warehouse gurus.

What items are returnable?

Any item purchased in the last 30 days is returnable. We got you.

What items are non-returnable?

Yep, you guessed it. Final sale items cannot be refunded. But we’ll do you a solid and process them as an exchange for a different size if you wish.  We want all our Blanqi girls to be happy.

What if I am not seeing the option to exchange?

Our returns processor may not find your order eligible for exchange. No worries, it's still easy! Simply return for a refund and purchase the item you prefer at your convenience.
